MIT B.Ed College at Alandi believes in involving the teacher trainees at each step in teaching – learning process so that the understanding is not merely for namesake but imbibed and imprinted forever.It is established in 2008 by Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad. This college of education is a distinguished degree college affiliated to Savitribai Phule, Pune University. The institution is located on a calm spacious yet modern ambience. Sheltered in huge well architecture premises along with multiple institutes, the college has a unique atmosphere chiefly characterized by inter-disciplinary scholarly interactions and healthy competitive spirit, with enthusiasm to excel in various academic and extracurricular activities.

Teaching involves the use of a wide body of knowledge about the subject being taught, and another set of knowledge about the most effective ways to teach that subject to different kinds of learner; it ,therefore, requires teachers to undertake a complex set of tasks every minute. A distinction is sometimes made between inducting a teacher into a new school (explaining the school's vision, procedures etc.), and inducting a new teacher into the teaching profession (providing the support necessary to help the beginning teacher develop a professional identity, and to further develop the basic competences that were acquired in college).

A separate School of thought where enough practice sessions are given to the students before they complete the degree program.Elements of such a programme can include:

• Mentoring: The allocation to each beginning teacher of an experienced teacher, specifically trained as a mentor; the mentor may provide emotional and professional support and guidance; in many U.S. states, induction is limited to the provision of a mentor, but research suggests that, in itself, it is not enough. a peer network: for mutual support but also for peer learning.
• Input from educational experts (e.g. to help the beginning teacher relate what she learned in college with classroom reality).
• Support for the process of self-reflection that all teachers engage in (e.g. through the keeping of a journal).

MIT International School of Broadcasting and Journalism is developed in 2008 as an autonomous institution By Prof. Rahul V. Karad. This institution is focused on becoming a center of excellence in media education and training. Adequate attention has been given to the exemplar shifts in media practices while formulating the curriculum in academics in Mass Communication and related aspects. It is located on the premium residential campus at Rajbaugh Loni Kalbhor. Which is spread over 125 acres of land and soon for the same campus all programs bill for University is passed.
